PhatGyrlSnoop juice The Jasmine Brand:

Recently, the prosecutors filed docs in the case explaining they are going hard on King and seeking the full punishment she could receive for the alleged crimes, due to her numerous other criminal convictions over the years.

The court docs explain that the prosecutors want her sentenced to the fullest extent of the law. The docs point out that from 1980-2005, King has been convicted of trafficking counterfeit goods, grand theft, counterfeit money, armed robbery and burglary.

The cases were filed in Florida, Sacramento, Oakland and Santa Clara, California.

Prosecutors will clearly be looking to obtain the court records to present the evidence to the jury, in hopes the previous arrests and convictions for similar crimes will sway the jury in their favor.

Need to catch up??! Let’s do a #PhatGyrlSnoop breakdown:

King was arrested by Georgia police early this year moments after arriving at a ATL nightclub appearance promoting Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta.

She was charged with financial identity fraud, theft, first degree forgery for opening a credit card in someone else’s name and racking up $4,946.52 worth of merchandise at Saks Fifth Avenue. It was also alleged by law enforcement that a store employee helped King pull off the scheme. King was said to have purchased items such as shoes, perfumes, dresses, as well as other items from the pricey establishment.

Overall King was hit with 3 felony charges by the District Attorney, one for the identity fraud and two for credit card fraud. If convicted, each charge can carry up to a sentence of at least one year behind bars, which means she could be facing up to three.

Both sides are currently preparing for trial.

Damn!!!!! Mona Scott gotta start cutting her reality stars some bigger checks!!
