Fif had a lot to say when he sat down with Real 92.3 LA’s Bootleg Kev and DJ Hed.
During the interview he was asked about Rick Ross and if whether or not there was “anything about Ross and his career that he respected.”
“No, no, there’s nothing there. I never wanted to work with him. I understand from a perspective from someone who’s just listening to what it sounds like… Does it matter he’s a correctional officer? Does that ever matter? Look at the irony of the artists that come under him. Prison reform and all of the wrongfully convicted and wrongfully treated people in the prison system. He’s on the whole other side of that. Just look at it.”
Then 50 turned to Kev and said:
“I’m sure you going to buy the new Tekashi 6ix9ine song.”
Bootleg Kev posted a clip of the interview to his IG page with the caption:
“One would think Ross who’s an all time great would have some of 50’s respect at this point. “But nope, NONE.”
But this is not the first time 50 spoke about Ross recently.
50 via Hot 97’s Ebro in the Morning earlier this month:
“I don’t have a problem with [Ross]. If I was chasing him I would have got him by now. You know that…. When they bring these people up I’m like ‘Why?’“
Check out the interview below:
In the Real 92.3 interview, 50 also had something to say about Harlem rapper Jim Jones and their previous back and forth beef:
“Jim is cool, man. Look at how things died down. Nobody was talking about Jim… I put you back on baby. You back on baby. Now, you gotta look at this the right way. When was the last time you was talking about Jim? Yeah, it was a while ago… This man quiet. Crickets..”
And if he’d ever would collab with the Game again:
“I don’t know,” he said. “I don’t even know what’s he’s doing…”
Would anyone expect anything less from Fif?!
What’s your 2 cents?!
