Law Enforcement searching Juice Wrld’s airplane and luggage may have been the main contributor to his death.
Reports are now surfacing that the rapper may have “swallowed” pain killers in an attempted to hide evidence.
Many sources report law enforcement officials in Chicago claim during the search of the 21-year-old rapper’s luggage he was seen swallowing several pills that looked like Percocet, a powerful opioid that contains acetaminophen and oxycodone.
According to the reports, Juice WRLD may have been trying to get rid of the pills, because he knew his entourage was carrying a lot of weed and some firearms.
Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office performed an autopsy on the rapper and were unable to determine his cause and manner of death.
Authorities say they are waiting for results from the toxicology, cardiac pathology and neuropathology tests to determine the official cause of his death.
Juice Wrld suffered a seizure and soon after went into cardiac arrest after Chicago police and federal agents decided to search him and his entourage.

Cops sa during the search, a drug-sniffing dog made a “positive alert” on several of the groups pieces of luggage. Officers proceeded to open the containers and discovered large amounts of weed and the cough syrup.
Agents also confiscated two 9 mm handguns with a high-capacity magazine, and a 40-caliber pistol found in a different place.
Law enforcement officers administered 2 doses of Narcan to Juice WRLD after they believed he was overdosing. After getting the doses of the Narcan, Juice WRLD apparently woke up for a bit but was still “incoherent.”
